Dr. T. V. Rao is currently Chairman, TVRLS. He was associated with the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA) for the last 44 years in various capacities first as a Professor and until recently as IIMA Society and Board member. He is Co-founder of the National HRD Network and Academy of HRD in India.  He initiated the HRD Function and movement in the country along with Udai Pareek in mid-seventies starting with Larsen & Toubro, State Bank of India and various other organizations. While at IIMA he taught Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Development & Entrepreneurship, chaired various Programs, and started a Leadership Development methodology based on what is now known as 360 Degree feedback.  Authored over 60 Books (Effective People, HRD Missionary, Nurturing Excellence-IIMA, Managers who Make a Difference, Future of HRD, etc.). Dr. Rao worked as short-term consultant with UNDP, Malaysia; UNESCO, Bangkok; IIEP, Paris; USAID, Indonesia; Commonwealth Secretariat, London etc. and also received many awards like Ravi Matthai Fellow from the Association of Indian Management Schools, Life Time Achievement Award from Asian OD Network at Shanghai and many other bodies.

An experienced Business Psychologist, CEO and founder of Lumina Learning. He is the author of the innovative Lumina Spark psychometric. His scientific research on personality at University of Westminster has shown that various supposedly ‘incompatible’ measures of our behaviour are often integrated.

Stewart travels internationally as an inspirational speaker and sought after creativity expert. He has trained >1,000 consultants in the use of Lumina Spark to support the valuing of diversity in many large organisations globally.

Stewart has supported many clients in customising their use of learning and assessment resources. Stewart has pioneered a psychological approach to employee engagement and individual transformational using the innovative Lumina Spark colour model.

Before setting up Lumina Learning, Stewart had a 15 year career with British Airways as a consultant and senior manager in Marketing, Operations Research and Customer Services. His passions are creativity, leadership development and the use of psychometrics to support change processes.

A Chartered Fellow with CIPD & a Principal Business Psychologist, Stewart has two Masters degrees, in ‘Operational Research’ and ‘Change Agent Skills and Strategies’.  He is skilled in the application of humanistic psychology to support organisational change. He obtained a PhD in Psychometrics in April 2018 .

Lyn Goodear is the Chief Executive Officer of the Australian HR Institute, a role to which she was appointed in December 2012.

 

Lyn champions the standards of HR practice in Australia and is responsible for leading the change that AHRI is overseeing as it relates to building professional capability in HR so that it makes a greater contribution to the future workforce in areas such as productivity, economic performance and sustainability, as well as cultivating workplace cultures that are inclusive, diverse and ethical.

In addition to representing AHRI on numerous local, state and national committees and advisory panels, Lyn held the role of Secretary General and Treasurer of the Asia Pacific Federation of Human Resources from September 2012 to November 2017, and in March 2019 became the First Representative for Australia to the APFHRM.

Lyn was formerly the National Manager of Professional Development at AHRI (2005 to 2012).  Prior to this, Lyn held leadership and management roles within the education sector at South West TAFE and Deakin Australia, in addition to holding accounting roles within the mining and engineering industries located in the United States and Australia. She has also managed her own consulting business and was a non-executive director of the Council of Small Business Australia (COSBOA) from 2017 to 2019.

Lyn has a Bachelor of Business and a Master of Education (Leadership and Management). She is an alumnus of the Mt Eliza Business School Leadership Program in Australia and the
Advanced Human Resources Executive Program of the Ross Business School at the University of Michigan, USA.

David Li

David Li is a HR practitioner for over 30 years in FMCG multi-nationals, hospitality, railway and mass transit, telecommunication, biopharmaceutical R&D. With a senior executive role in the organization, he advises on HR strategies and policies, organization transformation and culture changes, rewards and performance management, occupational health & safety, talent engagement and as change agent. He directs the HR function as business partners and is a member of the executive board in the formulation of business strategies. He has also championed the evolution of HR processes in organizations that he has associated with.

He serves the public and takes seat as advisor at various Government Committees on labour and employment legislations. He is a member on Qualification Framework for Human Resources and the Human Resources Planning Commission under Hong Kong SAR. David also lectures Human Resources at universities and as mentor to the next generation in HR practices. He takes an active role in elevating HR professional standards and recognitions.

David Li is the Executive Council Member and Immediate Past President of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management (2014-2018) and is currently the President of Asia Pacific Federation of Human Resource Management.
