Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Employee data maintenance – Data input and change, prepare and filing documents.
2.Absence tracking – Review and manage leaves and OT data.
3.Payroll – Direct Marketing sales payroll.
4.HRIS management – HR Portal, Leave system, HR data interface.
5.Project & Administration support
1.Payroll - Direct Marketing sales
2.Employee data maintenance and HRIS management – All internal customers
Minimum Job Requirements:
1.Education – Bachelor degree above
2.Experience – At least 3 years of HR experiences, and 1 year of payroll or compensation and benefits.
3.Special skills – HRIS operation skills, basic Excel skills
